IMPORTANT NOTE FROM CHEDI MUSCAT - "Regarding a construction next to the resort premises, we would like to inform you that the work has been extended until the end of 2019. We are pleased to confirm that the ongoing work has caused minimal disturbance to date. Please note the Deluxe Rooms, Deluxe Club Rooms, Deluxe Club Terrace Rooms and Chedi Club Suites do not overlook the site and are unaffected. A small number of Serai Rooms do overlook the site, but we always aim to avoid allocating these rooms where possible. The daily work schedule is from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm, while on Fridays ceases at 11:00 am. We are confident that the ongoing site progress will not interrupt your guests’ stay. "

The CHEDI Muscat is located on the beach twenty kilometers north of Muscat city centre. Its position gives it easy access to the city and also the airport which is ten minutes away by taxi. As well as the facilities in the hotel, Muscat City has a large number of traditional shops and a Souk in Muttrah as well as several modern shopping malls. There are many interesting locations near to the hotel including the old port, historic forts and the Natural History Museum. For sport there is also the Bandar Al Rowdha Marina nearby which offers a range of water sports together with activities such as dolphin watching.
