Excellent booking experience - Matt was very good at explaining the different options and he clearly understood and was familiar with our destination. Additional support from Melissa was also appreciated. Overall would highly recommend.

they did much better than most in the Caribbean, and a lot better than the other dive boats from the island that didn't make it out, or at least lost a few days. That also meant most of the dive sites were free of other divers - a great benefit! We couldn't follow the intended itinerary, and there was a lot of local knowledge employed to get to and between divable sites, there were a few we arrived at and the team decided to abandon - practical examples that diver safety was never compromised. It all worked really well as it meant that a full week of diving was available. The goal was 5 dives a day, and we only lost 1 night dive to the weather - but considering that only 2 divers managed to get the iron diver medals on this trip then there was more than enough (the medals went to two ladies over retirement age that put everyone else to shame).
Boat and diver crew were great, all very knowledgeable and personable. Food was good. Cabins were well kept and comfortable. I will definitely dive with aggressor again.

Always great to talk to like minded people who full understand your sports specific requirements. Looking forward to the holiday.

to the larger travel companies who had no real knowledge of the resorts other than what was printed in the brochure, Planet Travel not only knew the resorts but advised and booked all the hire equipment , hotel and transfers , it was pretty seamless. We did have a minor issue with the hotel which wasn't resolved when speaking to the reception staff so phoned the guys at Planet Travel (and got straight through) who had it sorted in the hour. Price wise they were actually a little cheaper the larger companies . We will 100% be booking with them again .

Matt was great. Very helpful and he explained the options. I feel like I have a tailored solution to my request and am looking forward to the experience in Egypt. Let’s see!

much trouble, they gave me many tailored recommendations, and were prepared to spend as much time as it took for me to take the right decision. It was very clear that the advice was honest and based on personal experience from having visited the resorts.
What's more, the support from the Planet team did not stop at booking. They helped with an issue at the resort (swiftly resolved) and even helped me to claim compensation for a delayed return flight.
The holiday was great success - one of the best ever - and was made so by Planet Travel.
As a result my wife and I have just chosen them for booking another holiday. The call was taken by Marcus on a work trip in Peru (I think he said) on Friday evening. We spent an hour discussing options, a quote came through within another hour and we booked the next day. Just fantastic service.

Called them 4 days before the date that we had reserved to go snowboarding which had then been cancelled. Matt was super professional, very responsive and helpful; he knew all the 'spots' around the location i was interested in so he was able to give me a detailed insight into all my options.
Once you've booked, the planet travel app gives you easy access to all the info you might need prior and during your holiday so no worrying about that.
I can't recommend Matt and the planet travel team highly enough ! If, like i did, you have any reservations about booking with a travel agent..ignore yourself, you're being silly.

We had a great diving holiday to Gozo with planet travel. Responsive staff, a useful app with all our booking documents, and efficient processing of a refund at the end of the holiday following my inability to take up all of my pre-booked diving. Would use again!

Palm Royale hotel was lovely, very clean, very friendly staff, all inclusive buffet food was excellent no need to go to the a la carte restaurants. After flight home was cancelled a big Thank you to Planet Travel holidays for organising a hotel late at night.

Diving trip to Egypt.
From day one the advice, information and back up was very positive and supportive.
This was the first solo trip for me and the whole team made it very easy. Everything was in place from the airport transfers to the incredible hotel and the dive course.
