Carpe Diem Liveaboard In Maldives

Built in 2008, M/V Carpe Diem is a 35m luxury liveaboard with separate fully equipped diving dhoni. Cabins and facilities are spread over four decks and so with a maximum capacity of 20 guests, there is an ample space to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the Indian Ocean.

Carpe Diem has 10 comfortable cabins of different standards divided over 3 decks. The different cabin types are suite (1), deluxe (1), high standard (2) and standard (6). All cabins have individually controlled AC, safety deposit boxes and their own private bathroom with toilet and hot water shower. The electricity voltage on board is of 220V and the plugs are of 3 pins US type.

Spa: Carpe Diem Spa is a special small comfortable space where your inner beauty will shine. Our expert therapist will take care of your body, mind and soul through natural treatments.

Dining: Bar and lounge area equipped with a wide flat screen TV, DVD/MP3 player, in house sound system, seating area and a bar offering a wide variety of spirits, wines, liquors and beers. High quality food will be served on Carpe Diem Live aboard. You will enjoy the excellent variety of our fine dining chef for European and international cuisine and our experienced local chef for a delicious variety of Maldivian, Thai and Indian cuisine. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in a comfortable area with a splendid view.

The Carpe Diem is accompanied by an 18 metre separate diving dhoni (tender boat), especially designed and built for this purpose. The dive dhoni is equipped with two fresh water showers & toilet, 3 compressors (1 Bauer & 2 Coltri) and a Nitrox Nuvair system. All the diving equipment is kept on the dhoni, giving more space to the Carpe Diem itself plus enhanced safety. Additional benefits include fast & safe transfers to the dive sites and extra comfort when putting on your gear.
On board we have a fully equipped PADI licensed dive school offering courses for beginners up to several specialty courses for the more experienced divers.
