General Overview

Situated in its own bay, Nabucco Diver's Lodge offers good quality, simple and characterful accommodation with the dive centre on site. The well managed lodge benefits from a quiet position outside of Muscat, about 15 minutes drive away from the old port and souk area. A perfect choice for dedicated divers and for snorkeling, this resort offers a relaxed stay but still in easy distance of Oman's other attractions. 
 
15 minutes from the centre of Muscat and about 40 minutes from the airport. Dive centre and dive boats are on site.
 

The Accommodation

There are 35 semi-detached beach bungalows, with both A/C and ceiling fans, ensuite shower and WC.  Each simply decorated bungalow, built from natural local materials, have bathrooms that are partially open air with the shower open to the sky. The bungalows, which have a fridge and a small front veranda, are furnished with relaxing chairs.
 
Rooms have safety deposit boxes. Each room has 2 single beds, which can be put together as a double.   The resort now has 2 newly completed rooms which have 2 bedrooms, with the capacity for up to 5 persons. There is one double bed, 2 single beds plus facility for a rollaway bed.
 

Facilities

An attractive, shaded terrace restaurant overlooks the beach and bay where you may take your meals, which serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The interior of the restaurant has A/C, providing a cool environment for dining over the mid summer months. There is a separate beach bar with large flat screen TV, a swimming pool (priority use given to those doing pool dive training) and kayaks are available from the beach.  Beach towels are available.
