    Tour description

    Spread across islands that are interlinked by lagoonsand 10 km of beachfront. Families and individuals have made El Gouna their vacation or permanent home; sports enthusiasts, environmentalists, artists and entrepreneurs live in the neighborhoods of apartments and charming villas. The town boasts excellent services, a superb infrastructure, year round sunshine and natural beaches. The nearby Hurghada International Airport has a wide number of flights to Europe in both directions.
     
    An exciting nightlife, world class cuisine and a wide number of entertainment activities can be found in El Gouna, as it’s immaculately maintained is an ideal jumping off point to discover the many cultural, archeological and historical legacy of Egypt. All this plus the architectural beauty of the resort makes El Gouna the Egypt’s premier leisure destination.

    Days 1 - 8

    Visiting Aswan

    5* OBEROI ZAHRA NILE CRUISE, Luxor

    Full board

    Depart the UK on your flight to Aswan (via Cairo). On arrival you will be met and transferred to the Old Cataract Hotel an overnight stay.
     
    You will be transferred to the Oberoi Zahra. After lunch on board visit the High Dam and the Philae Temple.
    There is an optional visit to Abu Simbel, if you chose not to go the morning will be at leisure where you can enjoy the spa facilities onboard the Oberoi Zahra (paying locally). You can also enjoy an evening at the Sound and Light show at the Philae Temple.
    Visit the twin temple of Komombo. One side of the temple is dedicated to the Crocodile God Sobek, God of Fertility and Creator of the World. The other side is dedicated to the Falcon God Haroeis, also known as Horus, the Elder. 
    Day at leisure where you can enjoy the spa facilities onboard the Oberoi Zahra (paying locally). 
    Visit Karnak temple, Luxor Museum, the West Bank of ancient Thebes, Valley of the King, the Temple of Madinat Habu, the Colossus of Memnon.
    You will also enjoy a private visit to the Temple of Dendare, dedicated to Hathor, Goddess of Music, Love and Joy.
