In terms of scuba diving in Oman, there is a huge amount of marine life, healthy corals and the chance to see large numbers of rare species like Guitar Shark, Crocodile Shark, and Mobula Rays. At a certain time of year, in certain locations, you are almost guaranteed to see whale sharks, whales, and dolphins in large numbers!  Dive sites are generally not deep, and with little current, so very accessible for all levels. Visibility is generally between 5m to 20m+, and very unpredictable, even from one dive to the next.
