Overview of Blue Voyager
Previously a popular Red Sea liveaboard Blue Voyager was refurbished in 2015 ready for her move to the Maldives. Operating now from Male Blue Voyager is a 37 meter, steel hulled, vessel carrying up to 26 divers in some comfort around the great Maldives dive sites.
Accommodation aboard Blue Voyager
Blue Voyager accommodates up to twenty six guests in thirteen cabins.
There are ten twins cabins and three spacious double cabins.
All cabins are en-suite room, with In-cabin entertainment, air-conditioning and towel change. There is a supplement to pay for an upper deck cabin.
Blue Voyager has a good sized saloon and separate outdoor dining area, a bar, a Sky Lounge and a hot tub.
Drink & Dine
A safari aboard Blue Voyager includes all meals including international dishes. Some with a Southern Asian twist for those that like spicy food . The breakfast is usually eggs cooked to your preference, cereals , fresh fruits, or bakery. Then lunch and evening meals usually consist of chicken, beef or fish with rice dishes. Salads and fresh fruit are served with most meals. Snacks are available between dives. Water, soft drinks, tea and coffee are complimentary.
Do note that the Maldives is a remote destination and all food is imported. If you have a favorite snack feel free to bring it with you as availability may be limited locally. For any special dietary requests, such as vegetarian meals, please inform us at time of booking and mention it to the crew on boarding Blue Voyager.
It is not permitted to take duty free into the Maldives. Beer, wine and spirits, along with carbonated mixers, are charged for onboard. Your dive guides will not allow you to dive after consuming alcohol or while still under its influence as alcohol impairs judgment and increases your risk of decompression sickness.
