The Serai Room is approximately 33 square metres and sleeps two adults and a small child. Located in the Serai Wing, it features a queen-size bed, open-plan bathroom with rain shower, a small seating area, and large windows with views of the Hajar Mountains or the resort’s gardens. Amenities include a minibar, Nespresso machine, digital sound system, robes and slippers, and Wi-Fi.

The Serai Sea View Room is also 33 square metres and offers the same layout and features as the Serai Room, but with full views of the Gulf of Oman. It accommodates two adults and one small child, and provides a more dramatic and open vista.

The Deluxe Room is around 39 square metres and is located in the Chedi Wing. It includes a king-size bed, a spacious open-plan bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, and a private furnished terrace with views of the water gardens or mountains. These rooms sleep two adults and one small child and feature high ceilings and elegant Omani décor.

The Deluxe Club Room offers the same layout and size as the Deluxe Room but includes additional services. Guests staying in Club Rooms enjoy access to the exclusive Club Lounge, complimentary airport transfers, a daily replenished minibar including selected alcoholic drinks, complimentary laundry service, and afternoon tea and evening cocktails in the lounge.

The Deluxe Club Terrace or Balcony Room is larger at 49 square metres and includes either a furnished outdoor terrace or balcony. These rooms are designed for two adults and one small child, and also come with full Club-level benefits and extra space for lounging outdoors.

The Chedi Club Suite is the largest option at around 77 square metres. It features a king-size bedroom, a separate living area with a sofa bed suitable for children or extra guests, and a large bathroom with both a bathtub and rain shower. Guests in these suites enjoy full Club privileges, including access to the Club Lounge, all-day refreshments, and personalised check-in. Some suites offer private terraces with views of the sea, gardens or pools.
