The Pool Penthouses are approximately 325 square metres in size and include three en-suite bedrooms, an open-plan living area, a full kitchen, and a large outdoor terrace with a heated private pool. They also feature a dining space and barbecue setup, perfect for in-villa entertaining. These penthouses sleep up to six adults and two children or teens, with full butler service.
The Grand Beach Pool Villa is the most exclusive option, spanning around 620 square metres. Located directly on the beach, it offers three bedrooms, a spacious indoor and outdoor living area, a private heated pool, sun decks, an outdoor rain shower, and a gazebo for private dining. It accommodates up to eight guests and includes personal butler service, making it ideal for large families or luxury travellers seeking total privacy.
