Shima is located on the top floor of The Island House. Sophisticated and relaxed open-air dining featuring the fresh, vibrant flavours of Southeast Asian cuisine.
Mahogany House
Offering a seasonal menu highlighting native organic ingredients and fresh local fish. Mahogany House is also known for its outstanding artisanal pizzas and distinctive wine list.
Coffee Bar
Fresh baked pastries and breads alongside a wide selection of coffee beans. The Coffee Bar serves breakfast and lunch daily and features a fully stocked bar.

Primeval National Park 
Just around the corner you will find one of several Bahamas National Trust protected reserves. The Primeval National Park is a remarkably undisturbed old-growth forest, which is representative of the early evergreen tropical hardwood forests of The Bahamas. You will find dramatic sinkholes - unique limestone "caverns" up to 50 feet deep and sub-fossil remains of Bahamian fauna as well as Lucayan and Bahamian artefacts.
