Pearl of Papua offers comfort in remote areas at great. Well-equipped with cosy en-suite cabins, on board pampering (massage and spa), tasty and hearty meals and adventure diving right beneath her hull. Pearl of Papua sails and dives the signature dive sites of Raja Ampat, and when out of season she moves to dive the Komodo National Park.
Crafted by the well respected Tanah Beru boat builders of South Sulawesi Pearl of Papua is a traditional wooden Phinisi Schooner purpose built for liveaboard diving. Fitted with the latest marine technology and equipment ensuring she meets modern day international safety standards.

Accommodation aboard Pearl Of Papua

Pearl of Papua has seven cabins. The two Master Cabins on the upper deck have both a double and two single beds and picture windows. The Suite Cabin on the lower deck has a single bed and doubled bed. On the lower deck there are also four standard cabin with bunk beds. All cabins are air conditioned and en suite. Electricity is round pin plug 220V mains.
The kitchen and saloon with dining area are on the main deck. Half of the upper deck is given over to a large sundeck with an awning to provide shade. Above this a cushioned sun deck where you can delight.

Drink & Dine

Pearl of Papua's chef uses fresh ingredients to produce a mix of asian and western dishes along with some more exotic Indonesian specialties.
Do note that the Indonesian archipelago can be a remote destination. If you have a favorite snack feel free to bring it with you as availability may be limited locally. For any special dietary requests, such as vegetarian meals, please inform us at time of booking and mention it to the crew on boarding Pearl of Papua.
Beer, wine and spirits, along with carbonated mixers, are charged for onboard. Your dive guides will not allow you to dive after consuming alcohol or while still under its influence as alcohol impairs judgment and increases your risk of decompression sickness.

Diving Facilities

Specifically designed for liveaboard diving excursions, the Pearl of Papua provides gear-up stations assigned for each diver throughout the expedition, rinse tank, a dedicated camera table and battery charging stations (both 110V and 220V). Nitrox is available at additional charge.
Diving Facilities includes: Dive equipment :with 10 full set brand new aqua lung and technisub dive equipment for rent. Please advise in advance to get your size prepared. 35 Tanks.
