Overview of Sea Hunter
She is a dedicated modern dive cruiser that has been specifically built for long-range dive expeditions to destinations like Cocos Island and Malpelo. She was previously a commercial dive support vessel, in 1980 she was thoroughly rebuilt to serve the oil industry in the Gulf of Mexico. She is now a rare hybrid, which ensures comfort with facilities that any diver could wish for, and team of highly knowledgeable divers.
Accommodation aboard Sea Hunter
The vessel has 10 guest cabins divided into 2 categories:
Deluxe Suites - The two suites are located on the upper deck and each has a double bed and sea view windows.
Standard Cabins - There are five double/twin cabins and three Twin bunk bed cabins. They all are located on the lower deck and have portholes.

For guests facilities, there is a large air conditioned lounge where you will find general books, fish ID books, a computer, TV and an extra DVD player. The boat has a study with a computer, a lounge , camera washing station and storage.There is also a dedicated air-conditioned restaurant, a sundeck for soaking up the equatorial rays and a shaded area with sun chairs, mattresses and barbeque stand.
Drink & Dine
The Sea Hunter provides a served buffet-style for all meals in the dining room at table seating 4 diners each. International and local Costa Rican and central American specialties are served with the occasional BBQ. Snacks are available throughout the day and are free of charge as well as coffee, team drinking water, soft drinks and a complimentary beer after the last dive. Win can be purchased onboard.

Diving Facilities
Diver facilities are extremely well-designed with segregated, individual gear storage provided for each diver as well as twenty personal camera lockers with stabilized and surge protected 110v outlets. There is also a full oxygen, nitrox and rebreather service. A huge dive platform is often used as a swim deck or a launching platform for the kayaks.
