The Deluxe Villas are detached bungalows of approximately 67 square metres, offering more space with an indoor-outdoor bathroom featuring a bathtub and shower, a furnished sun deck with a daybed, and a maximum occupancy of three adults or two adults and one child. 

The Water Villas are perched over the lagoon and span around 90 square metres. They feature a king-size bed, a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi-style bath and separate rain shower, a spacious deck with sun loungers, a traditional swing chair, and direct access to the water. These overwater retreats accommodate two adults, with an option for a child to stay as well.

Facilities at Filitheyo Island Resort are designed for relaxation and adventure alike. A free-form infinity pool with a swim-up bar sits at the heart of the island, overlooking the beach. There is also a children’s play area for younger guests. The island’s spa is a peaceful retreat tucked among tropical gardens, offering a mix of Balinese, Thai, and international therapies in open-air pavilions or air-conditioned treatment rooms, with massages, scrubs, facials, and wellness rituals available.
