The Pool Residences offer around 180 square metres of indoor and outdoor space and feature two bedrooms, a spacious lounge and dining area, a private pool, and a terrace or balcony. These residences sleep up to four adults and two children and are ideal for families or small groups seeking more independence. Each comes with butler service and full kitchen facilities.

The Pool Penthouses are approximately 325 square metres in size and include three en-suite bedrooms, an open-plan living area, a full kitchen, and a large outdoor terrace with a heated private pool. They also feature a dining space and barbecue setup, perfect for in-villa entertaining. These penthouses sleep up to six adults and two children or teens, with full butler service.

The Grand Beach Pool Villa is the most exclusive option, spanning around 620 square metres. Located directly on the beach, it offers three bedrooms, a spacious indoor and outdoor living area, a private heated pool, sun decks, an outdoor rain shower, and a gazebo for private dining. It accommodates up to eight guests and includes personal butler service, making it ideal for large families or luxury travellers seeking total privacy.

All rooms, residences and villas are equipped with smart-room controls, air conditioning, blackout curtains, 55-inch smart TVs, USB charging ports, minibars, espresso machines, signature LUX* bath amenities, and Wi-Fi.
