All products, processes, and practices are tested and certified by Diversey which are in sync with World Health Organisation and Centre for Disease Control norms. Staff across all departments are well trained to ensure enhanced service procedures are delivered. Boats are thoroughly sanitised and social distancing is maintained throughout journeys. 

Contactless payment facilities have been introduced throughout and villas are kept vacant for a minimum of 24 hours before every arrival. Villas are cleaned using hospital-grade disinfectants and electrostatic spray and a safe care amenity kit, with mask, hand sanitiser, and anti-bacterial wet wipes, is provided on arrival. A specialized doctor is available 24/7 on the island for any medical assistance and there is round the clock boat service to a local medical facility as well as a well-equipped isolation area in the resort premises.
