Dive with Tiger Sharks in the Bahamas

Daily Tiger Beach dives are now on offer in the Bahamas! For years, Tiger Beach has been elusive and complicated — requiring scheduling, private charters and/or a week-long commitment to a live-aboard. But now you can book a daily trip — departing at 8am from Old Bahama Bay.

Situated directly on the beach on the western-most tip of Grand Bahama Island, Old Bahama Bay is just 56 miles due east from Palm Beach, Florida and is the ultimate getaway for tranquillity and relaxation. Known as a great destination for diving with hammerhead sharks, Bimini in The Bahamas has set the bar when it comes to safety standards for both divers and sharks alike. Shark dives in this area have not only been good for local tourism, but have also contributed to a profound amount of awareness regarding the protection of these magnificent and endangered creatures.

The dives at Tiger Beach range from 20 feet to 40 feet, depending on weather, tides and site depth. Tiger sharks are seen here on 90% of trips and you are also likely to encounter lemon, reef, nurse, great hammerhead and bull sharks. For shark lovers this is the place to be for your next diving holiday!
