Freediver Mateusz Malina sets incredible 232m No-Fins World Record

Yesterday Polish Freediver Mateusz Malina set an incredible 232m AIDA World Record in Dynamic No-Fins (DNF) on the second competitive day of the AIDA 2016 Freediving World Pool Championships. If any of you have ever tried to swim underwater in a pool then 25m is good distance with no fins. Mateusz has just done over 11 lengths of a 25m pool on a single breath!
