Sonesta Of St. George Hotel
Sonesta St. George Hotel Luxor is a good value Nile Front hotel, one of the better medium-category city hotels. Nile View rooms are recommended. The rooms are reasonable, and the restaurants are good. The pool area just set back from the riverside is a bit tired (as of our last inspection in April 2024). Overall, this is a good enough base for exploring Luxor's fantastic ancient Egyptian sites or for an overnight before or after a Nile Cruise.
