Learn to dive Tour
Overview
During your stay you will enjoy a complete PADI Open Water Course, a learn to surf lesson and a marvellous tour to the Volcano Mount Kintamani.
The accommodation during the entire journey in Bali will be in a standard room at the Sukun Cottages. The Hotel is in the middle of Sanur, plenty of shops and restaurants, just eight minute walk to the beach.
Day 1: Depart UK
Fly overnight from London to Bali (with one stop). Arrival the next day in Indonesia and transfer to the Sukun Cottage (B&B).
Day 2 - 4: PADI Open Water course
First day course: begin reading PADI OW manual and start Knowledge Reviews, and confined water 1-5 in the dive centre’s pool. Second day course: Sanur for 2 x Open Water dives, as this is local you will have the afternoon free to either recap on any skills or have an early finish. Third day course: depending on the schedule you will either be on the boat to Padang Bai or on one of the buses to Tulamben or Amed. The bus trip takes two hours along the east coast and the scenery is gorgeous: rice terraces, wild monkeys etc., so you will see plenty of sites along the way. The course includes everything: study materials, equipment, lunch, mineral water, PADI instructor, all transfers by land and sea, certification fees, insurance.
Day 5 : Learn to surf lesson
You will do a 2-hour beginner lesson with Pro Surf in Kuta which includes transfers, equipment and tuition.
Day 6: Volcano trip
The volcano trip takes you to the Mount Kintamani, within a full day trip. The pick up will be about 8.30am (unless you ask for the sunset tour that starts at 2.30am), return to Sanur about 4.30pm-5pm. You can also trek around the lake for a nominal fee.
Day 7: Depart Indonesia
Transfer to the airport and flight back to London (with one stop).
