A thoughtful attention to detail is clear as soon as you step into the villa, which features a serene and expansive over-water terrace that alternates luxurious wood decking with chequered granite slabs. Sink into the magnificent infinity plunge pool that merges with lagoon and ocean in a palette of serene blues and watch the day slip effortlessly away. Diving
It's hard to say what makes the Maldives more renowned: its romantic honeymoon packages, or superb diving. For those wanting to explore the big blue, Diva beach resort offers access to some of the nation's most beautiful dive sites, where scuba enthusiasts can encounter a magical abundance of parrotfish and butterfly fish, sting rays and manta rays, tuna and barracuda, sweet little clown fish or enormous (and harmless) whale sharks. It is also possible to meet hawksbill, dolphins and green turtles, which may move in closer to take an inquisitive look. Dive sites include Maamagili, suitable for beginners and those who have never dived before, Aa Thila for the more experienced, and Thinfushi Beru Tila for advanced divers. Diva's dive centre offers a stunning 37 different dive sites, two wreck sites and night diving, all within an hour’s ride by boat, and some just 10 minutes offshore. Two diving sessions are hosted daily, with at least one trained monitor for every four divers. In addition the dive centre has Euro Divers five-star PADI certification for complete peace of mind. Courses available include Discover Scuba Diving, Scuba Diver (leading to PADI Scuba Diver certification), and an Open Water Diver Course. The latter lasts five to six days and leads to an internationally-recognized PADI scuba diving certificate, a card that entitles you to rent equipment and dive anywhere in the world to a depth of 18 metres during daylight hours. NITROX diving courses are also available.

Water Sports
Diva has two stunning swimming pools located on the sunset side of the island to capture those perfect beach holiday moments. House reef snorkelling trips, kayaks and pedal boats are available on a complimentary basis.
