The Tanis Villas also features swimming pool decked with sun loungers. The pool surroundings are dotted with tress and provide beautiful view of Mushroom bay. The resort provides snorkeling gears to the guests allowing them to enjoy the rich underwater marine life.

The Villas lay out has made it possible for 9 units Villas Balinese style in an exclusive sculptured environment with six  units One bedroom villas, two units 2 bedrooms Villas, Tanis Suite. All Villas are with air conditioning. Also available two story of room building with eight rooms, some with Air-conditioning and fan, mini Bar and bathroom with bathtub.

Standard Ocean View: Upstairs room, size 5x5 square meters which has a queen size bed with separate inside bathroom (sunken bathtub). Ceiling fan (no-airconditioning), mosquito net, slipper, outside terrace, shower. Ideally occupied by two persons. An extra bed can be added for three persons occupancy.

Standard Garden View : Downstairs room, size 5x5 square meters which has a queen bed, inside separate bathroom (sunken bathtub), air conditioning, fan, mosquito net, slipper, mini bar,outside terrace, shower. Ideally for two persons. Or three person with an extra bed.

One bedroom villas AC: A building with size 5x5 square meters has queen size bedroom with separate open bathroom (sunken bathtub). air conditioning, outside terrace garden, mosquito net, slipper, separate outdoor shower and mini bar. Ideally occupied by two persons maximum.

Two Bedroom Villas with AC ( 2 units): Size 5 X5 square meters has two king size bedrooms with separate private bathroom (sunken bathtub), air conditioning, mosquito net, slipper, mini bar, outside terrace and garden. Ideally occupied by four persons maximum.

The Tanis Suite: One unit building size 5 X 7 square meters has one king size bed, open air private bathroom facilities, sunken bathtub, air conditioning, mini bar ideally occupied by two persons.

BBQ Dinner, on the beach are served on the beach with Balinese dance entertainment. Special request to explore fresh local sea food is also available on request basis.
